Sikcon has developed a multi-channel current monitoring relay
Current monitoring relays play an important role in leakage protection in grounding systems（TT system）and are a common electrical safety component. As for common residual current relays, the current market mainly uses single circuit residual current relays, that is, one residual current relay is equipped with one current transformer. If networking and centralized management are required, each relay needs to be connected to the upper computer through RS485 communication. In electrical installation and construction, if encountering a power grid with many branches, the number of relays involved can reach tens or hundreds, greatly increasing the installation volume, electrical safety networking difficulty, and customer usage costs.
Based on this, Sikcon has developed the 8-channel working current relay, SKMC-8 Multi Channels Working Current Monitor Relay and the 16 channel residual current relay SKMC-16 Residual Current Monitor Relay, which not only reduce construction difficulty but also save costs for customers.
