Description
The SKIM500 insulation monitor uses the DC injection method to measure the insulation of cables or motor windings, etc. The test voltage is DC500VDC. If the corresponding circuit inside the equipment is enabled, the device is interlocked with the circuit contactor or the auxiliary contact of the circuit breaker for control, so that when the motor circuit is energized, the insulation monitor exits the monitoring and is separated from the power grid. When the power of the line is cut off, the insulation monitor automatically starts to monitor the insulation of the line. This device can measure three different motors.
