Description
The VT4500 series vibration velocity transmitter sensors are designed with effective RMS vibration speed measurement capabilities. These sensors utilize the piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric crystals and incorporate solid-state charge amplifiers, precision integration processing, RMS conditioning units, and V-I conversion circuits. The vibration velocity signal is output via a 4-20mA transmitter conversion circuit.
In practical engineering applications, for the vibration protection of most rotating machinery, vibration velocity is often the preferred parameter to monitor. It can be quickly integrated into on-site control systems such as DCS and PLC. This product is specifically designed for precise vibration velocity measurement and offers wide frequency response, high accuracy, fast power-up and zeroing time, strong interference resistance, good airtightness, and long lifespan.
